From hobby to part time money, to a full time job, Monica Huber has grown Beaumont Leaded Glass and Restoration from its humble beginnings in a small building on Park North in Beaumont. For over 27 years Monica has built her reputation with major regional builders such as Anderson Homes, Daniels Construction, H.B. Neild and Sigma Engineers. With it she has developed an impressive portfolio which includes work done for well-known Beaumont elite such as Vic Rodgers, The Patrizi and the Zummo Families to name a few. Her artistic talent and years of experience makes her the “go to” person for restoration of windows in important buildings around Beaumont such as the Historical Terrell Library and the renovated Kyle Building.
Lynn Metz joined Beaumont Leaded Glass in 1994 as a glass designer and fabricator. Lynn has a Bachelor degree in Fine Arts from the Ohio State University. After graduating in 1980, Lynn worked making fine Jewelry in Columbus Ohio before returning to the Beaumont Area. Lynn has been an important part of Beaumont Leaded Glass for the last twenty years.
In 2013 Beaumont Leaded Glass Introduced “The Glass Tattoo” which uses the same firing process used in Stained Glass Windows in a new and exciting way. Using today’s technology Glass Frit (fine particles of colored glass) can now be printed on the surface of glass with photo quality. We have introduced so many new products using this technique that we put it on a separate website. We hope you will visit it at Glasstat.com .
